Join us on 24th June for an inspiring day. You will leave with ideas you can use immediately, plus renewed clarity on what your “next chapter” looks like for your people and your business.
The Next Chapter
The Next Chapter is a conference for leaders, managers and SME's who want to build productive, resilient businesses by focusing on what really drives performance: culture.
This year’s conference challenges the idea that culture is “just fluff” or something that lives in a values document. Instead, we will explore culture as something you actively design and work on every day, through how people communicate, collaborate, challenge, and support each other.
Because when culture is intentional, productivity improves, people stay longer, and businesses perform better.
Keynote Speaker: Petra Velzeboer
We are proud to welcome Petra Velzeboer, workplace wellbeing expert and author, as our keynote speaker. Petra will explore how leadership behaviours, psychological safety, and everyday interactions shape culture - and why getting this right is essential for sustainable performance and retention.
Guest Speaker: Katie Penney, The Productivity Institute
Joining us is Katie Penney from The Productivity Institute, bringing a research-led and practical perspective on productivity. Katie will connect culture, systems, and ways of working - helping delegates understand how productive cultures are built deliberately, not by chance.
The Productivity Pro Awards
The conference will also host the Productivity Pro Awards, celebrating organisations and individuals across Jersey who are making meaningful, practical improvements to the way work gets done. The awards recognise progress, learning, and impact - not surface-level initiatives.
